The most important part of bootcamps are the workouts. The workouts vary day to day. What you can expect is a lot of energy and a lot of sweat.
Bootcamps are set up for efficiency and effectiveness. If you’re an “arms day” kind of person, look elsewhere. Bootcamps focus on big movements. This mean any exercise involving more than one joint or muscle group is fair game. These are the movements that build real muscle and kick your fat burners into overdrive.

Another style that’s on the rise is the bootcamp challenge. These are for those with a more competitive spirit. This is typically a more structured camp with mandatory and bonus workouts. These camps also include a pre/post assessment. This is to measure results before and after the camp.
